Lost Dog - German Shepherd - Stockbridge, GA

Max a 8.5 year old neutered male black and tan purebred German Shepherd missing from Hudson Bridge Animal Clinic in Stockbridge Georgia. Somehow Max was lost by the clinic staff Thursday the 14th in the early morning about 7:30 a.m. when he was let out in their fenced enclosure, the gate was open.... Found Dog: Malinois/Shepherd Mix South Fulton County, GA

A beautiful well-trained dog found on South Fulton Parkway on 01/06/10. She was found south of Atlanta airport, near Rivertown Rd. heading west.

This dog certainly had kind owners at one time - you have all heard of those amazing rescue stories - dogs that had been stolen, found 3 states away - she could have been one of those - please be a part of her miracle story! We want to find her owners, but also, she most urgently needs a better place to stay. My neighbor currently has her in her hay shed and it is cold, dark at night, and without as much attention as she surely deserves and needs. We are doing the best we can for her, she has a blanket, and hay for a bed and we are of course feeding/watering her and giving her as much attention as possible. However, my neighbor and I already have over 20 animals between us, mostly rescues and special needs, and there is simply nowhere else to secure this sweet girl at the moment. She is not good with the other dogs, although I think she could/would be, but we also can not afford a vet check/shots and don't want to expose our other dogs....she does appear healthy and although little thin, appears to be overall in good shape as though she hasn't been lost long.  We have taken her for microchip check, sadly none. Nice collar on but no tags.

Please help us find her owners and if not them, a foster home.

Lost Shihtzu Pup - Atlanta, GA - Atlantic Station - 30363

Xena is a 7 month old shihztu puppy who weighs approximately 7 lbs. Photo is attached of this precious angel.

She was last seen at the ART FOUNDRY CONDOS in Atlantic Station Wednesday, January 13th at 8:15 in the hallways.

Xena was coming back inside from her night time walk and when the door closed, she must have got caught outside. Her parents went back to get her and she was gone!

Two movers from American Signature Furniture who were delivering furniture say they saw little Xena. They even claimed to have picked her up. But now they are saying they do not have her.

XENA is microchipped. She has a canine brother and human family who are desperately searching for XENA.

If anyone sees a dog matching this description, please call the mom Lia Bonilla 678-428-6408 or email victorlbonilla@comcast.net.

Please help us find XENA. Thank you!

Found dog - Terrier Mix - Tucker, GA - 30084

Folks, take a look at this cute little guy that some friends of mine found over the weekend.  If you live in the Tucker area listed below, please see if he looks familiar.  We are speculating that he may not have a home, but, you never know.  If he is not claimed, he'll need a new home.
Thanks for passing him on....and see below for contact information.

We found this little guy running loose in our neighborhood on Sunday, January 10th at around 5pm.  No collar and tags, nor is he microchipped. He looks like he is a terrier mix. He’s got some adult teeth. He still seems very much puppy-like. Unknown about shots and he is not neutered, but will have this taken care of.  He’s very sweet, good with people and other dogs.  He probably weighs around 10 lbs.  We have NO idea from where he came. We live on the DeKalb/Gwinnett border, near Britt Road and Old Norcross Road, in Tucker.  Major roads near the area are Jimmy Carter and Pleasantdale Road.  Our zip code is 30084.

If unclaimed, we will help him find his forever home!

Please contact Vanessa 678-457-5120 OR Craig 770-365-4354, or email  vanessa.mc@comcast.net.

Found Dog - Oakhurst-Kirkwood area of Decatur, GA

This was posted on Craigslist, and this dog has been brought to Dekalb Animal Services.  If you live in the Oakhurst-Kirkwood area, near Decatur, please take a look at the photos and see if he looks familiar.   The only information is what is listed below, and what was included in the Craigslist post.

Found a small (10-15lb) grey & white dog this morning in Kirkwood. He has a black collar with
little white bones on it but no tags. He is skittish & scared & appears to be an inside dog.

Unfortunately cannot keep him overnight due to my 2 rescue dogs not getting along with other dogs, so I have to turn him over to Dekalb Animal Control. Please go to the shelter as soon as possible if this is your dog. They have a 7 day mandatory holding period for owners to reclaim.

UPDATE: Red is home!! - Lost Mixed Terrier - Decatur, GA (30030)

UPDATE: Red is home!!

Folks, if you live in the Decatur area, particularly around Oakhurst or Kirkwood, please keep your eyes open for Red.  He was lost on New Years day.  I am not sure if he had any identification on, or if he's chipped, but, a photo is attached.  See below for owner contact information and the area in which he was lost.  Please keep Red and his family in your thoughts and prayers.   As always, thanks.

We lost our dog on New Year's Day; he got out of the house.  He is a reddish brown mixed terrier, 18 pounds, 12 years old.  He has diabetes, so I'm not sure how long he could have survived on his own.  We live in Oakhurst, corner of 2nd Avenue and East Lake Drive.

As always, thanks so much for caring enough to help....and contact for this dog is listed below:

Found Blue Heeler - Paulding County, GA

This sweet dog was found last week in Paulding County, walking down Hiram Sudie Road in Hiram.  So far, no one has claimed him, but, since he seemed to be completely potty trained, neutered and gets along well with other dogs, we wanted to make sure someone isn't missing him before trying to rehome him.  Also, he appeared to be recently shaven, and wasn't emaciated, didn't seem to be "on the street" for that long.

He did not have a collar on, nor was he microchipped.  He was very frightened, but also very gentle.  The vet guessed he's probably around 5-6 years old.  We are hopeful that someone is missing him, and that he was not "dumped".

Please take a look at the attached photo, and pass this on to anyone else you know, whether they live in this area, or not.  If this dog is not claimed, he will be looking for a new home..
