This dog slipped out of the house Friday evening 4/10/09 during the storm, and she has not been found. She has never spent the evening out, and we are fearing the worse. She is from the Mountain Park area of Lilburn, near Rockbrige Rd. and Garner Rd. She had just been bathed, so she did not have her collar with i.d. tag, nor does she have a microchip.
She is a miniature 8 lb, white, Jack Russell/Chihuahua Mix named "Leah." She has pointed ears that stand up. She has brown on her face and ears and light, black colored spots on her underside belly and legs. She is a dear pet to three children. Both Gwinnett and Dekalb county shelters have been visited, many local vet clinics have been contacted, flyers have been posted, an ad in the AJC has been placed, Craig's List has been searched, etc. She is a patient at The Village Vets Stone Mtn./Lilburn location at 770-717-1650.
Please call if you have seen her.
Thank you,
Jeff and Vicki Tyler
